Benjamin Devito
Master of Kinesiology, Coach, Runner

Ben has been racing and coaching around the Toronto running community for over a decade. Receiving both his Bachelors and Masters in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, he captained the Varsity Blues Track team competing as a middle-distance athlete (800m & 1500m).
Ben has applied his experience and education to coach a wide variety of athletes from young kids learning the basics of track and field, through competitive high school and varsity athletes, to adults thriving in the road racing scene. He is currently the Athletic Director and Head Distance Coach of Blue Devils Athletic Club, and one of the fastest middle-distance runners in the country.
Tristan Markov
Registered Kinesiologist, Coach, Runner
Tristan comes from a multidisciplinary athletic background training, competing, and coaching in a wide variety of settings. Receiving his Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, he has experience coaching a wide range of athletes in various contexts; including strength, track and field, triathlon, and cross-country skiing. His coaching philosophy includes a holistic integration of strength, speed, and endurance for optimal performance.
Tristan is currently the Athletic Director and Head Sprints Coach of Blue Devils Athletic Club, and training daily for a myriad of endurance challenges; from 800m, to triathlon, to ultramarathon.
